The month of October has been designated as Breast Cancer awareness month and the importance of early detection. Breast cancer is the second most common kind of cancer in women and about 1 in 8 women born today in the United States will get breast cancer at some point. Experts at OhioHealth will be on hand to provide insight and information to detect this disease in its early stages.
