 Joel Kessel and his team at Kessel Strategies help nonprofit leaders gain clarity and confidence as they guide their organizations toward success. The Shelby Foundation has worked with Joel and found his coaching both meaningful and instrumental to our growth, and we are pleased to extend this opportunity to our partners.

Professional Coaching
Professional coaching is valuable because it provides objective, trusted guidance that helps leaders and organizations think more clearly, make better decisions, and move forward with confidence. A coach creates space for reflection, asks the right questions, and helps surface solutions that may be difficult to reach internally.

The Shelby Foundation is investing in local leaders by offering an opportunity to receive individual coaching from Joel Kessel or one of his coaches. Ranging from 30 to 60 minutes monthly, these sessions can be flexible and conveniently scheduled.
